Mr. Takuya Nakata, President – Yamaha Corporation, Mr. Masato Oshiki, Executive Officer/General Manager/Consumer Products Sales Division – Yamaha Corporation, Mr. Hitoshi Mochizuki, Managing Director – Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Masayuki Imanishi, General Manager(Audio Division) – Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd., recently paid a visit to Mumbai and met with one of their top dealers in India – M/s. Fairdeal Electronics. The purpose of their visit was to determine the ground realities of the market in India and to experience well synergised Audio/Video Demonstration set-ups of Yamaha at one of their premium dealer premises. The gentlemen were also interested to receive quality feedback from the owners of M/s. Fairdeal Electronics and from their team of technical consultants who gave an insight of what should be the areas where Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd., should focus on, as Yamaha have always been pioneers in the product lines they have introduced in the Indian Market.
It is heartening to see that the top brass of Yamaha Corporation along with Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd., take the onus on themselves to reach out to their premium dealer and get hands on insight and feedback of the Audio/Video market in India with respect to sales, service, product training etc. Kudos to them and we sincerely hope the trend set by them continues and rubs off on the other Audio/Video Manufacturers having presence in India as well.
